HOMESTEAD (CBS4) – A Homestead teacher is under arrest after police say he had an inappropriate relationship with two underage former students.
Andre Alexander Martinez, 30, is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.
Martinez works as a teacher at Keys Gate Charter School. Police say the alleged acts occurred over a two year time span, between 2010 and 2012.
The investigation is ongoing and police think there may be more victims.
