Delta Flight Makes Emergency Landing In Palm Beach

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Smoke in the cockpit of a Delta jet forced the pilot to make an emergency landing at Palm Beach International Airport Sunday morning.

Flight 418 from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Atlanta landed safely in Palm Beach just after 8:30 a.m., according to the Palm Beach Post.

The 190 passengers onboard the flight were forced to make alternative arrangements to Georgia.

The cause of the smoke, which dissipated, is under investigation.

  1. While the newly created DFAS would deal with payroll duties
    throughout all branches of the army, personnel tasks would stay with every
    of the companies.
