Teen Injured In Miramar Police-Involved Shooting

MIRAMAR (CBS4) - A 17 year old boy was injured after a police officer opened fire in a Miramar neighborhood Friday night.

Miramar Police say the teen, who has not been identified, lunged at a person who was being interviewed by an officer responding to a domestic violence call on the 2700 block of Southwest 82nd Avenue.

The injured teen was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in unknown condition. The officer was not injured.
