CLEAVELAND (CBSMiami) – It seems as if every time LeBron James speaks someone gets upset. Thursday, LeBron’s words had some in Miami trembling.

Thursday, LeBron made national news when he said he could see himself possibly playing in Cleveland again at the end of his career.

Some Heat fans went into panic mode when they heard this, especially after the way James announced his decision to join the Heat in 2010 on his show The Decision on ESPN.

In response to his comment, James reassured fans that he’s fully committed to helping the Heat win an NBA title this season.

“I love the fans of Miami. I’m here,” he said. “The question was asked of me, could I see myself playing back here. I said yeah, in the sense of I don’t know what my future holds and I don’t want to take that out. I love the fans of Miami. I’ve got everything thing invested with this team. I’m looking forward to the years to come,” he said.

James has had a MVP-caliber season pouring in an average of 28 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists per game.
