2012 Will Be Wade's Final Olympics

MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – Miami Heat superstar and future Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade will be playing in his final Olympics in 2012.

Wade told Fox Sports Florida Monday that 2012 is his "last run" in the Olympics.

Wade's run in the Olympics will be remembered for both a horrible performance by Team USA in 2004 that ended with a bronze medal; and the so-called Redeem Team in 2008 that saw the U.S. claim the gold medal.

It was also in the 2008 Olympics that Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh first started contemplating coming together on one team, which ended up being the Miami Heat.

Team USA is loaded again in 2012 with the Heat's Big Three, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard, Derrick Rose, and possibly others including Blake Griffin and Tyson Chandler.
