MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Christmas is just two days away, so for those who haven’t finished shopping, you’re almost out of time.

The holiday hustle can be felt at malls all across South Florida including the Shops at Midtown in Miami.

“I plead the 5th, procrastinator,” said shopper Asriele Stubbs.

Stores are packed with people trying to fill those holiday wish lists. The good news is that even if you’ve let time slip away, you should be in store for some great last minute bargains.

“There’s going to be tremendous guest traffic today and tomorrow,” said Kristina Medina from Target. “But there are a lot of good deals going on, so that’s why a lot of guests are coming to our store.”

Better hurry though, most stores will close late afternoon on Christmas Eve so you are going to have plenty of company while you’re finishing your last minute shopping. Just be ready for it and try to have some fun.

“I think the whole shopping season overall can be very strenuous, very nerve racking, but I think you just have to exercise patience, no matter what. I don’t have a lot of it, but I try,” said last-minute shopper Cristen Campbell.
