FBI Seek Fort Lauderdale Bank Bandit

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – The FBI has turned to the public for help to find a bank robber who struck Friday morning in Fort Lauderdale.

The FBI has released photographs of the bank bandit while he was inside the BB&T branch located at 900 SE 17th Street, Friday morning at 9:30 a.m.

The robber entered the bank and demanded money from an employee. No customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery. No weapon was seen and no one was hurt.

The robber simply walked out of the bank and disappeared.

Money was taken, but the amount has not been released.
