Police Investigating After Body Found In Lauderhill Home

LAUDERHILL (CBS4) - Police are investigating a possible homicide after a man's body was found on the floor of a single-family home early Tuesday.

The body of a man, believed to be between 25 and 30-years-old, was found by another man who police have not identified, the Sun Sentinel reported.

The man's body was found in a home located at the 3500 block of Northwest 7th place around 3 a.m. The Sun Sentinel reported that the man visiting the home found the door to the residence open and discovered the man's body lying on the floor.

The relationship between the two men and why he was at the home was still being investigated, according to Capt. Rick Rocco, a Lauderhill police spokesman.
Police found a bullet hole in a glass window inside the home but could not determine whether they were from Tuesday morning's incident, the Sentinel reported.
