MIAMI (CBS4) -- The Cuban-American National Foundation will feature discussions from experts on nonviolent political struggles and the use of technology to promote social activism at its 30th annual congress this weekend.

It will feature a series of panels during its all-day conference Saturday at the Key Biscayne Ritz Carlton-Hotel that includes a former Serbian lawmaker who co-founded the international Center for Applied Non-Violent Actions and Strategies.

The executive director of the Albert Einstein institution Jamila Raqib will speak about recent events in the Middle East. Also expected to speak are opponents of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. And a panel of top Cuban dissidents have sent videos and are expected participate by phone.
