SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) – Drivers had a tough commute early Wednesday morning after an accident on 874 where it meets the Turnpike temporarily blocked all southbound lanes.
The collision happened at 3:30 a.m. near Southwest 120th Street and involved an unmarked Miami-Dade Police vehicle.
According to Miami-Dade Police Det. Javier Baez, the officer was airlifted to a hospital but is in stable condition.
The driver of the second car was not hurt.
Delays extended for miles to the south, reaching Coral Reef Drive/Southwest 152nd Street.
It’s not known what caused the accident or whether any charges will be filed.

I wouldnt doubt it if the officer was hauling ass since they are above the law. Not this time buddy. Dont go and fabricate the accident report.
