Cops Search For Man Who Tried Abduct Pembroke Pines Teen

PEMBROKE PINES (CBS4) - A Pembroke Pines teen said she had to fight off a man who wanted to pull her into an SUV Friday night. Now police are looking for the man or anyone who may have seen him.

According to the 17-her old girl, she was walking in the area of SW 64th Avenue and SW 2nd Street around 8 p.m. on Friday when a guy pulls up in a black SUV. She said when he grabbed her shirt and tried to pull her inside, who struggled, was able to break free of his grasp and run to her residence.

Pembroke Pines police searched the area for the man or the vehicle but came up empty.

Because it was dark and happened so fast, the girl could only remember that the guy was that he was Hispanic, around 30 to 40 years of age and had short black hair.
