Key Evidence OK’d In Casey Anthony Trial

ORLANDO (CBS4/AP) – In a key ruling for prosecutors, an Orlando judge ruled that a carpet sample that came from a car trunk can be used in the trial of a Florida Casey Anthony, charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

Circuit Judge Belvin Perry ruled against a defense motion to exclude any mention of a stain in the car trunk during Anthony’s murder trial next month.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. She has pleaded not guilty and says a babysitter kidnapped Caylee.

The defense had asked that a carpet sample from the trunk not be allowed to be introduced into the trial. The carpet sample had high levels of chloroform.

Talk about heartless… She’s the poster child for irresponsible, selfish, uncaring mother… Why couldn’t she have left poor little Caylee with her mother? And all because she wanted to party more than she wanted to be a mom… what a shame!

how can the attorneys who defend such a person as this sleep at night. This woman deserves what she did to her daughter- unfortunately first we must waste over a million dollars to prove it. Some of our laws are a JOKE!!

Casey just wanted to get Caylee out of her sight. She was very jeallows of her daughter. Casey wants everybody to give her the attention.. I hope that the judge lets all this stuff against her come in. They have no justice for poor caylee.
The only one that is really taking it the hardest is George. He’s the only one that probley has a little bairn. I don’t feel sorry for casey one bit. It’s poor caylee I fee sorry for. She never got a change to even into scholl and make new friends because of her mother that murdered her. I can’t wait until the day casey gets the death penalty.
