Juice Therapy Cafe
8220 Griffin Road
Davie, FL 33328
Juice Therapy Cafe prides themselves on “making eating healthy easy by offering meals your body will appreciate.” They have a wonderful vegan chili on the menu that seems to be a fan favorite in the South Florida area. The vegan chili includes bulgur wheat, as an alternative to meat product and most known for its inclusion in Middle Eastern dishes. While Juice Therapy Cafe is not a Middle Eastern venue, it is really cool to known that it has brought such a delicious and exotic ingredient to support a vegan and gluten free diet and to continue keeping South Florida healthy. The chili is also combined with a mixture of fresh peppers, onions, tomatoes, chili powder, garlic and black beans.

The founders of Evos are amazing people that believe everyone needs to live healthier lives. It’s the reason they exist. Starting in St. Petersburg, Florida, they expanded in three other locations, including the Pinecrest location. Not only do they serve vegetarian chili to their guests, they also serve a trademarked Airfries done through an “Airbaking” technique. Eliminating the deep fryer, these fries contain 50-70% less fat than the everyday fry. While this is a health-conscious burger chain, there is an extensive vegetarian menu, which includes an amazing veggie chili, with beans, tomato base, carrots and broccoli. There are other veggies in this dish, as well.
