This Memorial Day Weekend will play host to one of the most exciting annual LGBT events to hit South Florida, Sizzle Miami. The event has been hitting the beaches and nightclubs of Miami since 2002, but this year, it’s expected to be hotter than ever. The party begins on Thursday, May 24 and runs through the morning of Tuesday, May 29. While Sizzle Miami does have partners that offer health and wellness seminars and outreach programs, the main purpose here is to let loose, party and have the time of your life. This popular event empowers the gay community to get together for a weekend of celebrating life in a way that only Miami can provide. Here are some not-to-miss events scheduled for Sizzle Miami 2012.

It wouldn’t be Sizzle Miami without a day of water sports. The adventure of parasailing while experiencing the breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay is one for the books and can’t be missed. Not into parasailing? Try jet skiing, kayaking, bouncing on the water trampoline or a more relaxing day of snorkeling. The adventure begins when the boat sails through Biscayne bay and anchors in the middle of the bay for a some water fun and activities.

This exclusive event at the largest pool party in Miami is hard to ignore. The historic location is the perfect spot to lounge and party with a group of friends, and the amazing pool is furnished with a sun deck and plenty of drinks to select from. For entertainment, there will be a swimwear fashion show featuring the sexy Men of Sizzle. The Soak Him Pool Party is an event full of surprises, from the best body contest to the live music. The Soak Her Pool Party can be found at the same location a day later and features the Women of Sizzle, an equally lively crowd and an even hotter body contest. Sizzle Miami wouldn’t be complete without the pool party at Finnegan’s River.

This R&B Jazz dinner concert is predicted to be a night of sophistication and unstoppable jazz music. Singer and songwriter Steph Jones will be performing, and live Jazz band Coco Rouzier will be the sultry and seductive music that will keep the atmosphere enjoyable and the party going. The All White Affair concert will be a night of good food and music, so be sure to pre-purchase your tickets or risk losing out.
