Miami Seaquarium is featuring a Dine with the Dolphins event on the 14th from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. where you enjoy a dinner and bottle of wine on the terrace while overlooking the Dolphin Harbor. The package is $395, which includes a year pass and two certificates to the Sea Trek Reef Encounter and Dolphin Odyssey experiences, giving individuals almost a private audience with the sea life. The Angler's Resort has stood at the same location since the 1930s. It was built by architect Henry Maloney in art deco-style architecture and has been restored by architects Ralph Choeff and Alan T. Shulman. The restaurant is offering a beautiful three-course Valentine's Day menu for couples with a choice between restaurant seating ($150), poolside seating ($175) or cabana seating ($300). The menu has succulent grilled octopus ceviche to start, followed by an entree of pork filet, roasted chicken or Angus NY steak. Finally, dive into a dessert of chocolate tres leches or deconstructed key lime pie.

It is a three-course meal highlighted by caviar from Canadian White Sturgeon as the appetizer, rum and pepper painted grouper on mango-habanero mojo as the entree and a dark chocolate "love bomb" with a liquid strawberry center for dessert. Couples can look out at the beautiful Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay while enjoying their Valentine's night together.
