Located inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Miami is M-Bar. The panoramic windows look down onto the hotel's infinity pool and offer sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. The ocean is the inspiration for the ambiance - the bar is topped in blue marble, and seafood and sushi platters are served to diners. The most impressive aspect of M-Bar, though, is the list of 250 different martinis, highlighted by the house special "Mandarin Martini" - made with Absolute Mandarin, orange liquor, sour mix, pineapple juice and an orange slice for garnish. With a Miami-chic dress code required, M-Bar serves patrons Sunday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to midnight; Friday and Saturday, until 1 a.m.

Skybar is considered one of the best Miami hotel bars because it offers something for everyone, with four different rooms spread throughout the Shore Club Hotel. The Redroom is open Sunday through Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Thursday through Saturday; until 3 a.m. It is a sensually colored, indoor bar that is furnished eclectically. The Redroom Garden is a 2,500-square-foot outdoor area that opens at 4 p.m. and features beautiful, tropical landscaping. The Rumbar, open Thursday through Saturday only, serves 75 different types of rums from a bar centrally located between the hotel's pools. Guests of the Rumbar can lounge on outdoor beds surrounded by flowing white curtains. Finally, there is the Sandbar, generally used for more private parties, and located right on the beach.

The Clevelander hotel is located directly on historic Ocean Drive, right in the heart of South Beach, Miami. The Clevelander offers the widest variety of any Miami hotel bar, with nine different bar areas, seats for more than 400 people and frozen cocktail machines throughout. There are always specials at the Clevelander during sporting events, as well as a stage and dance floor outside and a dance club that is open on weekends. At 8 p.m. every night, patrons can enjoy a show on the outside stage, catching anything from live music to burlesque performances.
