CBS Premiere Week kicks off Monday night with the premiere of TV’s number one comedy, ‘The Big Bang Theory’, followed by the second season premiere of the most-watched new show, ‘Young Sheldon.’ Then, ‘Magnum P.I.’ is back on the case, followed by the hit drama, ‘Bull’ on its new night and time.




8PM: On the season premiere of ‘The Big Bang Theory’, Sheldon and Amy’s honeymoon runs aground in New York, while Penny and Leonard discover they are uncomfortably similar to Amy’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fowler. Also, Koothrappali insults physicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and starts a Twitter war.


8:30PM: On ‘Young Sheldon’, Sheldon goes to war with a refrigerator and dismantles it to stop an annoying hum on the second season premiere.



9:00PM: It’s time for Magnum P.I.  A modern take on the classic series centering on Thomas Magnum (Jay Hernandez), a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator. Magnum lives in a guest cottage on Robin’s Next, the luxurious estate where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. business. The “majordomo” of the property is Juliet Higgens (Perdita Weeks), a commanding disavowed MI:6 agent whose second job is to keep Magnum in line. Magnum takes jobs no one else whill, with the help of fellow vets Theodore “TC” Calvin (Stephen Hill), and Orville “Rick” Wright (Zachary Knighton.) With keys to a vintage Ferrari in one hand and aviator sunglasses in the other, Thomas Magnum is back with all new sun-drenched adventures!



10:00PM:  Bull is back for season three. Bull (Michael Weatherly) returns to work following his heart attack with a rich new client in tow.







8:00PM: Tuesday night is the return of NCIS: In the 16th season premiere, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and his team search tirelessly for their kidnapped leader Vance (Rocky Carroll).

9:00PM: NCIS is followed by the new drama ‘FBI’ from Emmy Award winner Dick Wolf of the “Law & Order” franchise. It’s a fast-paced drama about the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This elite unit brings to bear all their talents on major cases in order to keep the country safe. These first-class agents tenaciously investigate cases of tremendous magnitude, including terrorism, organized crime and counterintelligence.




10:00pm: NCIS: New Orleans returns. After an assassination attempt, Pride (Scott Bakula) fights for his life. Mark Harmon guest stars.





8:00PM: Wednesday brings the return of Survivor: 20 new castaways compete in the 37th edition of Survivor with a special 90-minute season premiere themed “David vs. Goliath”

9:30PM: As the new Survivor begins, Big Brother is coming to end. After an entire summer in the Big Brother house, a new winner will be revealed in the 90-minute finale.






8:00PM: ‘The Big Bang Theory moves into its regular time slot with this episode which finds Sheldon and Amy driving themselves crazy trying to figure out what “perfect gift” Leonard and Penny gave them for their wedding. Also, Koothrappali decides he wants to settle down and asks his father to arrange a marriage for him.

830PM: ‘Young Sheldon” also moves into its regular time slot with this new episode about Sheldon threatened by another child genius who bonds with Dr. Sturgis. Sheldon’s jealousy leads to Meemaw to intervene.

9:00PM:  ‘Mom’: Christy has second thoughts about law school after a tough first day, and Bonnie is plagued by an upsetting dream, on the sixth season premiere of ‘Mom.”


9:30PM:  Murphy Brown returns!



Multiple Emmy Award winners Candice Bergen and series creator Diane English reunite for the revival of the ground-breaking comedy about the broadcast news legend and her biting take on current events. Now in a world of 24-hour cable, social media, “fake news” and a vastly different political climate, Murphy decides to return to the airwaves and recruits her FYI team; lifestyle reporter Corky Sherwood (Faith Ford), investigative journalist Frank Fontana (Joe Regalbuto), and her former wunderkind news producer Miles Silverberg (Grand Shaud). Joining them is social media director Pat Patel (Nik Dodani), who is tasked with bringing Murphy and the team into the 21st century. Murphy’s son, Avery (Jack McDorman), shares his mother’s competitive spirit. The team stills lets off steam at Phil’s Bar, now run by his sister, Phyllis (Tyne Daly). Back in the game, Murphy is determined to draw the line between good television and honest reporting, proving that the world needs Murphy Brown now more than ever.







Friday: it’s the premieres of MacGyver, Hawaii Five-O and Blue Bloods

8:00PM: Three months after quitting the Phoenix Foundation and moving to Nigeria, Mac puts aside his differences with his father and returns when he hears Jack is the target of a murderous dictator he double-crossed, on the third season premiere of ‘MacGyver.’

9:00PM:  After Steve’s CIA agent friend is killed, McGarrett lets himself be captured by the group he thinks is responsible and endures a torturous sensory deprivation tank to find the killer. Also, Tani wrestles with whether or not she will tell McGarrett about the murder weapon she found at Adam’s house, on the ninth season premiere of ‘Hawaii Five-0’.

10:00PM: Danny takes on a personal case involving a drug cartel member, Louis Delgado (Lou Diamond Phillips), who Danny believes is responsible for torching his house, and Erin is given a promotion in the DA’s office but finds herself in a challenging situation when both Danny and Jamie ask her for help with their investigations. Also, Frank and Jaime have a disagreement when Jamie refuses to stop riding with Eddie, on the ninth season premiere of ‘Blue Bloods’.





8:30PM: It’s the series premiere of the new comedy ‘God Friended Me’. It’s a humorous, uplifting drama about an outspoken atheist whose life is turned upside down when he receives a friend request from God. Miles Finer (Brandon Micheal Hall) is intelligent and optimistic but he doesn’t believe in God. This puts him at odds with his father, Reverend Arthur Finer (Joe Morton), a preacher who is stung by his son’s strong rejection of his faith. Miles’ curiousity takes over, and he accepts the request and follows the signs to Cara Bloom (Violett Beane). Brought together by the ‘God Account,’ the two find themselves investigating God’s friend suggestions and inadvertently helping others in need with Miles’ best friend, Rakesh (Shuraj Sharma). Miles is set on getting to the bottom of what he believes is an elaborate hoax, but in the meantime, he’ll play along and, in the process, change his life forever.




930PM: Gravely injured and unable to communicate with the team in the U.S., Callen, Sam and Kensi, with an unconscious Deeks in tow, search for a safe way home as a cartel boss places a “dead or alive” bounty on their heads. Also, Mosely and retired Navy Admiral Hollace Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) beseech their contacts in Mexico and D.C. for assistance with their missing colleagues, on the 10th season premiere of ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’.


It’s the series premieres of two new comedies The Neighborhood and Happy Together.



8PM: Cedric the Entertainer stars in a comedy about what happens when the friendliest guy in the Midwest, Dave Johnson (Max Greenfield), moves his family to a neighborhood in Los Angeles where not everyone looks like him or appreciates his extreme neighborliness. The Johnsons are unfazed that their new home is located in a community quite different from their small town. Their opinionated next-door neighborhood, Calvin Butler (Cedric the Entertainer), is wary of them, certain that the Johnsons will disrupt the culture on the block. However, Dave realizes that fitting into their new community is more complex than then expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, they have a chance of making their new neighborhood their home.



8:30PM: Up next, Damon Wayans, Jr. stars in a comedy about a 30-something happily married couple who begin to reconnect with their younger, cooler selves when a young pop star unexpectedly moves in with them. Jake (Damon Wayans, Jr.), an accountant, and his wife, Claires’ (Amber Stevens West) tame routine gets a makeover when Jake’s client, exuberant music superstar Cooper James (Felix Mallard) arrives on their doorstep. Cooper is looking for refuge from the paparazzi after a high-profile breakup. Jake and Claire discover there’s no way they can keep up with their world-famous houseguest’s lifestyle. Cooper, however, enjoys Jake and Claire’s relaxed way of life, discovering that a touch of the ordinary can be extraordinary for all three of them.




9:00PM: Jason and Bravo Team head to the Gulf of Guinea to rescue American hostages after an oil platform is overtaken by armed militants, on the second season premiere of ‘Seal Team’.

10:00PM: When Reid and Garcia are abducted by Benjamin Merva (Michael Hogan), it’s up to the rest of the team to find them. The BAU finds surprising clues in their own history to solve why the two heroes have been targeted by a mass murderer. It’s a race to save them before a “Believers” prophecy is fulfilled, on the 14th season premiere of ‘Criminal Minds’.
