Southbound I-95 Lanes Temporarily Closed In Deerfield Beach Due To Vehicle Fire

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Southbound lanes of I-95, except for express lanes, were closed to traffic near SW 10th Street in Deerfield Beach for hours on Monday.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the lane closure is due to a vehicle fire on the right shoulder.

Traffic was diverted off the highway at the SW 10th Street exit.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area until the vehicle can be cleared. Just before 4 p.m., all lanes were re-opened.
