MIAMI (CBSMiami) – An investigation is underway after an early morning fire at a North Miami Beach condo.
It happened around 4 a.m. at the Crestview Towers at 2025 NE 164th Street. There was no one inside the building at the time since it had been was deemed unsafe following the Surfside condo collapse.READ MORE: Manatee Deaths Rise In Florida As Pollutants Kill Seagrass

“Due to the structural concerns, it was a bit challenging. We were able to get crews on the second floor through a balcony and were able to extinguish the fire very quickly.
