Miami Police Need Help Finding Missing Man Delmar Wall
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Miami police have asked for the public's help in finding Delmar Irwin Jose Wall.
The 65-year-old was last seen in the area of SW 21st Avenue and 1st Street in Little Havana. He was wearing a gray shirt and blue shorts with squares on them.
Wall suffers from dementia, depression, and is bipolar.
