Larry Scirotto To Be New Chief Of Fort Lauderdale Police Department
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – The city of Fort Lauderdale has found its new police chief.
The city manager said former Pittsburgh Assistant Chief Larry Scirotto is the sole finalist for the chief of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.
Scirotto is a 23-year veteran of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police.
He's expected to join the department mid-August.
