Loomis Employee Accused Of Stealing More Than $130,000 In Cash

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Police have arrested a Loomis employee accused of stealing $135,600 in cash.

Police say Jamarcus Kendrell Evans, 25, was caught on video surveillance taking bags of money from the 'packroom' of the cash-handling company at their location in the 1000 block of NW 20th Street.

The arrest report says Evans took cash on February 22 and February 23.

Evans, who was listed as a janitor for the company, is facing a charge of grand theft.
