Christmas In July: Holiday Season Arrives Early As Santa Visits Patients At Holtz Children's Hospital

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Christmas comes early for a special group of kids at the Holtz Children's Hospital.

Santa Claus took a break from his summer vacation to stop by and say hello.

He even brought his good friends from City of Miami Fire Rescue along for the visit.
