Students From Booker T. Washington's Autism Program Shop For Prom Attire

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Prom season is something students look forward to all school year.

On Tuesday, some students from Booker T. Washington High School had a very special experience as they prepare for the big dance.

The students, part of the school's autism program, were able to pick out their prom attire.

They got to go shopping at the Prom Boutique at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College.

CBS4 Photojournalist Rafael Murciano was along for the fun, and his photo essay can be seen above.
