Gillum Wrapping "Bring It Home Tour" In Northern Florida

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) – With just hours left to go before the polls open on Election Day, gubernatorial Andrew Gillum is wrapping up a two-week bus tour of Florida.
"Are you all ready to win? Are you all ready to win?" he asked a crowd of excited Floridians.
Gillum's "Bring It Home" bus tour kicked off the day with Jackson County community members in Marianna. It then continued on to Crawfordville.
Gillum will end his day with stops in Madison and Monticello.
He's making his final pitch to voters.
"I reject if you do good by stepping on someone's shoulders. I think we can do good by doing good," Gillum said.
One of Gillum's strategies has been to not only go to strong democratic areas, but solid red ones as well as rural areas, like in Crawfordville.
Gillum has spent the last few weeks urging people to vote early, while highlighting his progressive agenda for healthcare, education, criminal justice reform and an increased minimum wage.
"Education is just beginning," he said. "We need global belief in science. Global warming is real."
Over the last two weeks, Gillum's bus tour has gone from Tallahassee to Key West, allowing Gillum and running mate Chris King to reach out to thousands of supporters, encouraging them to vote early, and spread their platform of fighting for everyday Floridians.
Former President Barack Obama and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders have campaigned for him in the final week before the election.
Monday night Gillum and Sean "Diddy" Combs are headlinign a "Bring It Home" Midnight Rally that will include appearances by DJ Khaled, Tiffany Haddish, Will Packer, Monica, DJ D-Nice, Gunna, Angela Rye, Christian Combs, Kenny Burns, Brittany Packnett and more, in support of Gillum at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee.
Students were fired up as they headed into the late night rally and concert, there to support Gillum, a FAMU graduate.
