On a couple of occasions, police said Graham was seen peering through the bedroom and bathroom windows of a home in the 1300 block of Northwest 198th Street.
Police said there were children inside at the time of the occurrences.
"I'm glad they caught him," said Casper Mannix who lives next door to one of the victims.
"I know she was scared to death. She has a young son," he said.
Last week, Miami Gardens police went door to door handing out flyers looking for help to catch the peeping Tom.
And now Hollywood police want to talk to Graham too to see if he might be the same guy who was looking in a window on Funston street
The homeowner told us the peeping tom turned his family upside down.
"My daughters are afraid to go out at night," he said.
Miami Gardens Police are asking anyone with further information to contact 305-474-1510 or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at (305) 471- TIPS (8477).
