Driver Identified In Deadly Crash At Miami Elementary School

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The driver of a pickup truck was killed early Friday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Miami.
According to police, 38-year-old Alfredo Moreno Fernandez was driving a red F-150 pick-up truck on West Flagler Street near 53rd Avenue around 2:00 a.m.
Suddenly, he crashed into multiple curbs, lost control and flipped over a fence onto the property of Henry M. Flagler Elementary School.
City of Miami Fire rescue responded but the driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
The accident is still under investigation.
