Lauderdale Woman Found Shot To Death In Front Of Home

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Ft. Lauderdale police are working to solve a murder mystery and could use some help.
Wednesday morning, just before 9:30 a.m., officers found the body of 40-year-old Teresa Samuels in front of a home in the 1600 block of NW 5th Street. It appears she had been shot.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Samuels had most likely died eight and a half hours earlier.
Police are now working to determine who shot her and why.
