FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami/AP) — The retrial of a Palm Beach County woman accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill her husband isn't going anywhere.

Attorneys for Dalia Dippolito had requested a change in venue after 200 potential juries said they knew about the case and most thought she is guilty.

On Monday, Judge Glenn Kelley ruled that he thinks he can find an impartial six-member jury for the retrial.

Dippolito was arrested in 2009, and her case was featured on the TV show "Cops." An appeals court tossed out that case because of reported issues at jury selection.

Prosecutors allege Dippolito offered an undercover police officer $7,000 to kill her then-husband. She says she was just acting and didn't really want her husband dead.
