Teen Accused In Rabbi's Murder To Be Released Today

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A teen accused of killing a rabbi bailed out of jail Friday morning.
Deandre Charles, was the suspect in the high-profile robbery and murder of Rabbi Joseph Raksin back in August 2014.
A witness placed Charles at the crime scene but his mother said he was home at the time of the murder.

The state said they had DNA proof, but a judge in April deemed the evidence to be flimsy and granted bail.
Rabbi Raksin was a well-known leader in New York City's Jewish community.
He was visiting his daughter in Miami when he was murdered walking to a local synagogue in broad daylight.
Charles is now under house arrest.
