MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Dade County was once again Wade County Thursday night when the Dwyane Wade and the Bulls came to town to play the Miami Heat.

His former team honored him with a tribute video during a timeout in the first quarter.

Wade, who signed with Chicago in July after spending his first 13 seasons in Miami, stood up and acknowledged the crowd after the video was played.

The video showed Wade’s on-court heroics with the Heat, which led to three championships, as well as his off-court work in the community.
