MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- With only four days left until Election Day, both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are targeting voters in the battleground state of Florida. With 29 electoral votes, Florida is the biggest prize of the battleground states.

Early voting is just about over and people are lining up to take advantage of it.

"I think we should decide who's going to decide for us. And I think that's the most powerful thing that we can do is have the choice to decide who's going to make choices for us," said early voter Cathy Johnson.

Statewide, 2.8 million people have already cast ballots, a third of them are here in South Florida. In Miami-Dade, the tally is 606,000 and in Broward, half a million people have already voted.

"This is very important to me to vote.  I know where we come from. I know what we went through to get to where we are today," said early voter Elgin Wright. Wright won't miss a vote.  He knows how powerful the African American vote can be.  Campaigns are doing what they can to woo black voters, especially Hillary Clinton.

"If they do show up Hillary Clinton is most likely going to win Florida and is most likely going to be the next President of the United States," according to Nova Southeastern University professor Charles Zelden.

Zeldan explains not only are black voters crucial in determining who the next president it, so are Latin voters and they've been registering in big numbers.

"What Barack Obama was as a driver for votes in the African American community, Donald Trump, in the opposite direction, is driving the Latin vote," said Zeldan.

Expect to see a lot of people voting this final weekend of early voting.

It's "Souls to the Polls", an effort by African American churches to get people to cast ballots.

"We need everybody to get out and vote.  This particular election is going to make a difference in where we go or where we go back to," said Pastor Stephanie Russell from Our Father House of Prayer.

The final day to vote early is Sunday.
