MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It’s day 53 in a shelter for Mo, a 5-year-old pit bull with a broken leg.

They said while he can walk fine, his left hind leg stands completely different.
But even with his paw problem, the group said he “greets you with a wagging tail and kisses.”

Miami-Dade Animal Services is located at 3599 NW 79 Ave. in Doral.
The shelter has over 500 pets waiting to be adopted, rescued or fostered.
