MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A 27-year-old man was arrested for allegedly snapping a photo of another man using a bathroom at college campus.

The incident happened on September 30th at Florida International University.

Terrance Wilson is accused of taking a picture of a man while the man was using the toilet.

A police report states Wilson was in the next stall and used his cellphone to snap the photo.

The FIU police arrest affidavit claims Wilson a student advisor at the school. The university is closed due to Hurricane Matthew so CBS4 cannot verify his employment.

Wilson was reportedly confronted by FIU police in a parking lot on campus and he refused to give up his cellphone.

According to the arrest affidavit, he resisted because he said he had nude photos of himself on the cellphone.

CBS4's Hank Tester went to the address listed in the arrest narrative.

Neighbors said Wilson and his family have moved, and that he seemed like a normal guy.

Tester spoke to one neighbor not show his face to protect identity.

"He's a good guy as far as I know. Never did anything. We'd go to the park and play basketball. He never showed any action that he was caught doing," the neighbor said.
