To get ready, Target has begun hiring an estimated 70,000 seasonal store workers for the busy holiday shopping season. That’s about the same number it hired last year.
It also plans to hire an additional 7,500 people for its distribution facilities, which ship online orders and send products to stores.READ MORE: Florida Tops 60,000 New COVID-19 Cases
The discount chain says it will hold hiring events at all of its 1,800 stores on October 14th and 15th. Candidates can also apply online.
