PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) -- A woman who told police she was using cocaine while working as an escort is facing several charges after narcotics were discovered inside her car along with her two-year-old child.

Agostina Frasca, 26, was pulled over Tuesday night for a traffic violation near Pines Blvd and Palm Avenue. According to her arrest report, a Pembroke Pines Police officer noticed the smell of marijuana after Frasca rolled down her window and saw "loose pieces" of it "in plain view on the center console area."

The officer said Frasca also had a substance, later determined to be cocaine, "caked under her left nostril and on her dress," which was noted as being dirty and blood-stained.

Upon inspection, a bag of marijuana, two bags of cocaine, Xanax and oxycodone were also found inside. Other drug paraphernalia found included a straw with cocaine residue, a glass pipe with cannabis remnants, and cannabis roaches.

Frasca told police the drugs weren't hers and she had just picked up her car after it had been stolen.

She was placed under arrest and later admitted to officers that she had used cocaine the previous night while working as an escort, the report stated.

Police said the child, who was sitting in the back seat at the time of the arrest, was dirty and soiled.

Frasca was charged with multiple counts of drug possession as well as child neglect.
