WATSON ISLAND (CBSMiami) -- Jungle Island is welcoming its newest member - a baby sloth.

Pictures released Tuesday of the fuzzy, button-nose female baby sloth show her holding tightly to her mom.

"She is almost a month old and can be seen tightly holding onto mom as they travel slowly about their cozy enclosure. We are very fortunate that mom is taking excellent care of her baby," said Dr. Jason Chatfield, vice president of zoological operations.

The sloth - born on July 4th - has yet to be named but that is where Jungle Island hopes the public will help.

They are asking the public to take to social media and pick between the names Flash, Sid or Velcro. Those wanting to participate can tag a friend and post their favorite name directly underneath the baby sloth photo on Jungle Island's Facebook page.

The winner will be selected at random on August 31st. As a prize, the winner will get four free Jungle Passes.
