Video: Man Falls Off Slide Onto Rocky Cliff

ROUND ROCK, TX (CBSMiami) -- A Texas man coming down a water slide did not get to the end - instead he slid off over a rocky cliff.

Following the fall, David Salmon posted a video of the incident on Facebook.

In the video, you see him going down twists and turns on the slide, before taking a turn that would cause him to fly off.

The incident landed him in a Texas hospital, according to his Facebook post.

He ended up with non-life threatening injuries - a broken arm and fractured ribs. He said he also had multiple lacerations on his back and side.

Doctors reportedly told him, he did not need surgery and could go back home on Tuesday.

Salmon has not named the park or slide he was on at the time of the incident.
