Caught On Camera: Man Arrested In Attempted Abduction Of 13-Year-Old Girl

CITRUS COUNTY (CBSMiami) – The Citrus County Sheriff's Office said they arrested a man caught on camera trying to abduct a 13-year-old girl.
On the surveillance video, a man wearing a green t-shirt and khaki shorts is seen walking down the aisle of Dollar General in Hernando.
The man leaves his shopping cart and walks off screen.
A short time later he is seen dragging a young girl.
The 13-year-old girl is then dragged across the ground by the man, with her mother chasing behind.
Finally the man let's go and takes off running.
Deputies identified the man as 30-year-old Craig Bonello of Hernando.
He was taken into custody and will be charged with one count of kidnapping and one count of child abuse.
No one suffered any injuries during the incident.
