MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Two of the four Braddock High School students who are accused of raping a woman at an after-prom party will be allowed to bond out of jail.

The bond amount for the two students is $15,000.  They will also be required to wear a GPS monitor and will be put on house arrest.

Additionally, the students will be subject to random drug testing and have been ordered to stay away from the alleged victim.

The two students who have received bond are Julio Fernandez and Luis Rosello. They are expected to be released on Tuesday.

A third student, Adrian Machin, has been granted the same bond package but his attorney wasn't in court on Tuesday so he will likely bond out on Wednesday.

The four teens were arrested in early May after a video made its way around social media allegedly showing them raping an incapacitated woman at a party following Braddock's prom.

Fernandez's attorney previously argued he didn't legally assault the 21-year-old woman but instead filmed the incident following the school prom.

The original bond court judge did not agree.

"From my reading of it, he's recording it and then the victim gets further abused every time somebody plays it and watches it on the internet and he's a participant in the egregious crime," said Judge Mindy Glazer.

The incident took place at a Bal Harbour hotel.
