Conley (2-1) gave up two hits in 5 1/3 innings and departed after throwing 88 pitches. The left-hander allowed no hits in 7 2/3 shutout innings last Friday before being taken out of the game at Milwaukee when his pitch count reached 116.

Miami scored in the second on Dietrich’s RBI single. Johnson made it 2-0 with a run-scoring double in the fourth. Yelich hit a two-run homer in the eighth, his third.
