Doral Police Identify Driver Of Stolen Flatbed In Wild Expressway Chase

DORAL (CBSMiami) – Doral police have identified the man they said led them on a chaotic chase up and down the Dolphin Expressway.

Devon Dean appeared in bond court Wednesday. He is charged with battery on a police officer, resisting an arrest with violence and grand theft.

Dean did have some sort of a bandage on his arm in court, but thankfully, no one else was seriously hurt during Tuesday’s hot pursuit.

One of the cruisers tailing the stolen flatbed truck captured the hot pursuit on dash cam.
