Chef Maury has an indistinguishable knack for making some of the world’s most delightful chocolate and dessert creations. He held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas in 1998 and then the Aria Hotel in 2009. He has two shops at the MGM Resorts International, Jean-Philippe Patisserie, one of which houses the world’s tallest and largest chocolate fountain. Last summer, he opened an innovative dessert concept in San Diego, called iDessert.
Guests do not have to travel far and wide to experience Maury’s sweet works of art with his expected high-profile presence on the next-generation Meraviglia ships.
