PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) — Officials say a pilot is doing fine after making an emergency landing following a mechanical issue in the air.

The plane touched down around 1 p.m. on Wednesday at North Perry Airport.

Video showed the plane resting on its belly along the runway, though it is not confirmed that the landing gear was part of the problem.
