Back in 2014, two children were killed in separate incidents. In February, 22-month old Ted McGee was killed when a six-drawer unit fell on top of him eventually prompting the company to issue the warning.

The U.S. Product Safety Commission is reviewing the case, calling it a “tragic tip-over fatality.”

The company has since launched a safety campaign that provides free wall-anchoring set for customers to avoid anymore accidents.
