A Broward County judge denied a 26-year-old man accused of running over and killing an 82-year-old man bond Friday.

Kyle Hannover remained locked up at the main jail charged with murder.

Meanwhile, two ex-girlfriends have now come forward saying they say saw this coming.

One of them just told CBS4 she's lived the last few years looking over her shoulder.

"If he didn't get his way it was just not good," Briana Oates told CBS4's Donna Rapado.

broke up with Hannover three years ago.

But she's never stopped fearing Hannover would come after her again someday.

"I filed several police reports on him. I ended up having to get a restraining order on him after the things he did to me. He would stalk me after work as I walked home. He sent cops to my job and got me fired because of it," Oates said. "I'm still kind of afraid because I don't know if he's gonna get out."

But a judge denied the now-accused murderer bail in Broward County bond court Friday.

"Mr Hannover sir, you have been arrested for one count of murder," read the judge.

"Based on this affidavit there are witnesses that observed Mr. Hanover intentionally striking the victim, driving over him completely," pointed out the state.

"And just for the record, that is a 'No Bond' hold," the judge finished.

Broward Sheriff's detectives say Hannover argued with 82-year old Luis Dominguez at Holiday Park Wednesday night.

Investigators said Hannover yelled racial slurs at Dominguez, threw rocks at him and then intentionally ran the elderly man down with his truck, killing him.

A 911 call from one witness shows how frantic the scene was immediately after Dominguez was hit. The witness tried to help the elderly man as he lay dying by the dock.

911:  "I have the call in to the paramedics.  They're on their way.  But I need to ask you some questions about his condition so we can assess his condition.  Ok?"

CALLER: "He just ran over somebody.  He's gonna die.  He's gonna (EXPLETIVE) die."

BSO tracked down Hannover by first finding his friend's Ford F-150 captured on camera pulling a boat from Holiday Park Wednesday, just before Dominguez was mowed down.

Oates and another ex-girlfriend describe Hannover as possessive with them, racist and angry toward everyone.

Karissa Myers sent CBS4 cell phone video of Hannover yelling at her last April at their Dania Beach home, where he threatened her with a shotgun.

Police arrested and charged Hannover with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon back then.  But the court placed him on probation.

Oates told Rapado she saw something like this happening one day and feels it could've been prevented.

"It's finally happened.  I was shocked, but I wasn't at the same time," Oates said.
