When the Miami Marlins acquired Dee Gordon before the 2015 season, nobody was sure what to expect.
Gordon was fresh off a career year in Los Angeles but there were questions about whether he could sustain that can of success long term.
Not only did he continue playing spectacularly, but he exceeded all expectations and ended up winning the National League batting title while leading the majors in stolen bases. He did all that while providing the Marlins with stellar defense at second base.
