CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – A Coral Springs autistic teen who can’t speak and went missing Wednesday night has been found following an accident.

Police posted on social media for people to pay special attention in Coconut Creek and Margate.

Detectives said he is OK. However, since he is nonverbal, he was taken to Northwest Medical Center as a precaution.
