MIAMI (CBSMiami) --  Police are asking for the public's help to find a man who groped women jogging in two Broward County parks in broad daylight.

On Friday, Davie Police released a sketch of the man they are looking for, hoping someone will recognize him or the car investigators said he was driving.

In one instance, a 20-year old woman was jogging at Vista View Park on March 15th around noon when the assailant approached her on the trails, police said.

She was unable to hear him because she was wearing headphones.

When the woman stopped to respond to the man, he asked her why she stopped running then went on to grope her buttocks.

When the woman tried to runaway, police said, the man caught up to her and began groping her again - as she resisted.

When the woman began screaming, the assailant ran off.

"It is sad when you can't jog in safety" said runner Bonnie Miranda who uses Vista View Park in Davie

CBS4's Joan Murray showed two women who use the trails frequently, a sketch of the man police are looking for.

"It's unfortunate when you can't even go jogging," said park user Jill Baysinger.

"Now we'll be more vigilant," said park user Geri Casanova.

In another instance on the same day of the Davie incident, this time before noon, deputies in Cooper City got a report of a similar incident at Brian Piccolo Park. The man's description was similar as well, deputies said.

This time, the man exposed himself to the woman.

He is described as light-skinned, 24 to 26 years of age, about 6 feet tall, medium build  with brown eyes and brown/black hair. He was last seen wearing a light gray crew neck t-shirt, faded black shorts at knee-length and black worn out athletic sneakers.

In both cases, the accused assailant was seen in a 2007 to 2008, gray 4 door Nissan, possibly an Altima or Maxima with the paint fading and peeling on the hood.

Anyone who recognizes the vehicle or the person in the sketch is urged to call Broward Crimestoppers at (954) 493- TIPS.
