FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) — A tornado warning remains in effect for northeastern Broward and southeastern Palm Beach counties.

A severe thunderstorm, capable of producing a tornado, was located over Coconut Creek, near Margate, moving east at 15 mph.

CBS4 Meteorologist Craig Setzer says flying debris could be a danger, especially for mobile homes. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles are likely.

Locations impacted include Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and Coconut Creek.
